Chessboxing Nation Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

We can deliver to your home or work address, as you have entered it on the order. We cannot accept any liability if quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Deliveries to work addresses shall be deemed successful if a representative at that address accepts and signs for the goods.

We will always do our best to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Orders received before 11:00am are dispatched on the same day; orders received after 11:00am are dispatched the following day. If your order is time specific please do contact us prior to ordering. We might experience delays due to high order numbers particularly around Christmas, if we are aware of any delays we will endeavour to let you know. If goods fail to arrive after 28 days from date of order, please notify us on info@thenorfolkhub.co.uk. We do our best to secure delivery within 28 days of the date of your order, but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

UK orders incur a £9.50 delivery charge and will normally be delivered within 3 days of dispatch. Order pick-ups are available from Wildcraft brewery, Unit 3, Church Farm Smallburgh, NR12 9NB during normal working hours. Order pick-ups are also available during Saturday training session between 9.45 am and 11.45 am from Chessboxing Nation, Islington Boxing Club, 20 Hazellville Rd, London N19 3LP; however, due to staff availability it could take up to 28 days for items to be available for pick up at this location.

In the event that the order is returned to us by the courier or otherwise due to non-delivery, Chessboxing Nation gives the purchaser the option of resending the order at the purchaser’s expense or refunding the purchase less the cost of postage and packing. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

International Delivery

This option is not currently available, but we will advise in due course once we have added this to our delivery portfolio.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you will be happy with your purchase. When you get your package please check carefully and notify us, within 2 days, if you have the wrong item, or if it has been damaged. If goods are damaged you should contact us straight away on info@thenorfolkhub.co.uk sending photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Purchasers may cancel the order by informing Chessboxing Nation Ltd within 7 days of receiving their order. Please return it to us unopened sealed and in original condition and within 7 days of the date cancelled, for a refund. All shipping back to us is paid by the customer, and we are unable to refund you for your postal fees.

We are not able to refund any taxes or administration fees incurred in connection with the delivery or return of the Product.

Liability for loss or damage during transit is also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Chessboxing Nation Ltd will refund the purchaser within 30 days of receipt by us of the returned item(s), to the credit/debit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.
